For the first time in the history of Indian cinema, producer-distributer Allu Arvind's Ram Charan Teja starrer Magadheera, directed by S.S. Rajamouli with Kajal Aggarwal as heroine, will be released in 1500 theatres simultaneously in about 14 countries on July 29.Director Rajamouli, who expressed high confidence on the success of the film, said at Prasad Labs that the film had the best in terms of cinematography, choreography, costumes and above all, the story impact.
"The film is going to carve a niche for Tollywood with global technical standards," he said. Meanwhile, trade reports indicate that the audio sales of the film was not that encouraging in the market. The film had its music launch at Shilpa Kala Vedika on June 28.
Produced under the banner of Geeta Arts with a whopping budget of Rs. 35 crores,Magadheera is said to be an action-based romantic thriller to attract audiences of all classes. It is set in the backdrop of the divine mysteries of death and rebirth.
